Not sure who the man in Texas is supposed to be; I suppose their are a lot of men in Texas. I suspect it's supposed to be one GW Bush. If so, it the only off note in what is otherwise a very clever graphical parody.
An abomination that has inherited a place in congress by the grace of illicit donations, and his faith in hot tub diplomacy. He must have been wonderful at dodge ball when he was a child because of his ability to move the topic to something, anything else. Terri Schiavo, those bad judges, "I have to go see the Pope off, etc. Speaking of judges, he had better get on one of their good sides since he will probably soon be standing in front of one for his part in those felonious capers back in Texas.
