No, it's not a new gizmo from Apple, it is a new PAC devoted to IP law issues. This is a great thing. We need to bring sanity to intellectual property issues. Artists and media creators shouldn't have to have a lawyer on call to do their daily work. Might be good for the legal profession, but it's bad for society.In the current American political milieu, the first step in getting politicians to pay more attention to the interests of media consumers and the public interest must be to speak that international language mandated by Buckley v Valeo - la lengua del dinero.
