VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION!
Do you want "in" on the latest strategies of the Arizona Coordinated Campaign? Come to orientations for volunteers on Monday evenings at the Pima County Democratic Headquarters from 5:30 to 7:00. Hear from David Higuera and other staffers about what's going on and how you can participate meaningfully. Consider staying for phone banking after.

PHONE BANKS are now happening in the evening hours and weekends! To join our phone bank team on Mondays through Thursdays, please call Paula Aboud (323-7264) to sign up for a time period between 5:00 and 8:30 pm. For weekend phone banks, please leave a message with Sue Hurley at 620-2256. Leave your name and phone number and which times you will be coming in to phone bank. Hours are Saturdays, 10:00-12:00, 12:00-2:00, 2:00-4:00, or 4:00 - 6:00pm.

HOST A SUMMER CAMPAIGN HOUSE PARTY.
You provide the home and the guests; we provide the content, including a presentation about Kerry and Edwards, local candidate information, informal Q&A, and organizing strategies. Guests should be a combination of:
a. Neighbors from your precinct, whom we can help you identify, plus
b. Friends, colleagues, family.from all over.
Call your Legislative District Field Organizer to schedule your house party.

WALK THE PRECINTS with "A Whole Lot of People for Grijalva!" Turn out the vote for Kerry and Edwards, Congressman Grijalva, and other Democrats. Walks begin at Grijalva's campaign HQ at 2008 E. Broadway weekday evenings at 5:30 pm, Saturdays at 9:00 am, and Sundays at 4:00 pm. Call 629-0050 to let Celeste or Michelle know you'll be walking!! Water will be provided, but please bring a hat. Also, help The Grijalva campaign staff prepare for these weekly walks. Show up in the AM hours, Sunday through Friday; they'll put you to work!
