It's a Bush... No, it's a Shrub... No! It's an Underdog!
Bush now is fundraising by claiming underdog status, too poor to defend himself against Democrat's attacks. Ironically, the very same email solicitation is stuffed full of wildly irresponsible misquotes of Howard Dean. Dean supposedly called Bush worse than the Taliban and accused him of planning to suspend the election.
