Dean Environmental Group Meeting Report
The Tucson Dean Environmental Outreach Group (tentative name) met for the first time this past Friday evening at the Northwest Neighborhood Center. A dozen people, several not yet committed to Gov. Dean, listened to two speakers, and participated in a discussion of Dean's positions on conservation issues. The second part of the meeting was devoted to exploring ideas for getting Dean's message on the environment out to various groups in Tucson and SE AZ concerned with such issues. We discussed tabling opportunities and member to member interaction.
